School Education Karnataka Recruitment 2019 – PGT


The school education department of Karnataka invites eligible candidates for the appointment of primary guest teachers in different educational institutions under it. Interested candidates can apply for PGC school education Karnataka 2019 by filling the online application form. The selection of the candidates will be done as per the marks secured in the written test conducted for this purpose. Applicants must make sure that they fulfill the necessary eligibility conditions laid down by the department for the concerned posts.

Given below are the necessary conditions for appearing in Karnataka PGT school education department examination 2019- 

  • Age limit: The age of the candidates must not be less than 18 years old and must not exceed 40 years. Candidates from the reserved category can claim relaxation in age as per the rules of the government.
  • Educational qualification: Candidates must have done B.El.Ed or D.El.Ed course from a recognized institute. For more details, kindly go through the notification available on the website of school education department, Karnataka.

Candidates need to register themselves for recruitment via online mode. For that, they have to go to the official website of the department and provide their email id, phone number and other relevant information for registration. On successful registration, they have to proceed towards the documents uploading section followed by the application form. The particulars in the form should be filled very carefully as the authority won’t provide an opportunity to make changes in the form once it is submitted successfully. Candidates need to ensure that they submit their applications on time to avoid rejection by the authority. Applications received past the deadline specified will not be entertained under any circumstances. 

Selection process

Candidates will be selected based on the written test and performance in the interview conducted by the authority. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and appointment letter will be issued to them accordingly.
